Colleen Ostrowski is recognized as a trailblazer in treasury innovation, steering Visa's Global Treasury Function encompassing Global Cash Management, Capital Markets, Insurance, Financial Risk Management, and Settlement Operations. As the Head of Visa's Cross Border Solutions, a pivotal business within the Commercial and Money Movement Solutions division, she pioneers a groundbreaking business model driving growth.
A dedicated servant leader, Colleen Ostrowski champions authenticity in leadership, fostering an inclusive environment where both people and technology converge to fuel innovation. She stands at the forefront of Diversity & Inclusion for Finance, lending her expertise to Visa’s women’s network and steering Women in Finance's agenda. Colleen wears multiple hats, from serving on Visa’s Pension Benefits Committee to charting the course as Treasurer of the Visa Foundation, and as Chair of the Investment Committee.
Colleen Ostrowski's journey spans a wealth of experiences. She previously held the role of SVP, Treasurer, and Head of Investor Relations at Mylan (now Viatris), showcasing her proficiency in navigating complex financial landscapes. Prior to that, as Vice President at ITT Corporation, she demonstrated her acumen in Corporate Finance, including FP&A, Investor Relations and Treasury.
Her finance odyssey began at Pfizer Inc., where she was promoted to various senior Treasury roles. Colleen’s tenure saw her spearheading Treasury Operations, leading Asia Pacific Treasury endeavors, and serving as Finance Director of the Pfizer Dublin Treasury Center. Before departing, she led the Global Pension Investments and Finance Group, concurrently serving as Treasurer of the Investment Committee for the Pfizer Foundation and as Vice Chair of the Investment Advisory Group for the PhRMA organization.
Colleen Ostrowski’s influence includes contributing as a member of the Investment Committee for the American Benefits Council and as a voting member of the Pennsylvania State Investment Council since 2010.
She also dedicates her time to shaping the future at Juniata College, serving on the Enrollment and Marketing Committee and the Investment Committee as a valued member of the Board of Trustees. She was a Board Director with Currencycloud, where she helped develop the first risk committee and advised on strategy.
