Emma Kerr is a Director on the Visa Checkout team within the Digital Solutions group at Visa. She is responsible for liaising closely with processor and issuer clients to enable participation in Visa Checkout and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product. Additionally, she oversees the strategy and execution of Visa Checkout’s consumer marketing campaigns. Prior to joining the Digital Solutions group, Kerr worked in Visa’s Sydney, Australia, office in the Merchant Sales and Solutions team. In that role, she led acquirer and merchant relationships and managed several industry initiatives including surcharging, Chip and PIN, and merchant adoption of payWave. Kerr holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Northwestern University. Additionally, Emma Kerr holds an Integrated Marketing Communications certificate from Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism.
