About Jack Forestell

Jack Forestell heads Visa Products & Solutions globally. As CPO, he is a driving force for innovation and conduit for the 6 truths to make sure all of Visa’s innovations start with what people and economies need to succeed. He makes sure his organizations innovate with both the seller and consumer in mind. He first joined Visa in 2014 as global head of Merchant & Acquirer Solutions, responsible for developing merchant-focused products and solutions that not only create operational efficiencies but also help them meet their business goals. Prior to Visa, he spent 12 years at Capital One, most recently as head of Capital One Digital where he led online and mobile banking, mobile/emerging payments, digital product design and development and Capital One Labs. Before that, he spent five years as head of Capital One’s U.S. card customer portfolio. Earlier, he was a senior partner and member of the Board of Directors of Mercer Management Consulting, where he advised retail clients throughout Europe and the U.S. on brand strategy, network optimization, pricing and promotion. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Honors from the Ivey School at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Mr. Jack Forestell oversees the growth, adoption and evolution of Visa’s products and services globally to meet the needs of the vast set of fintechs, sellers, financial institutions, governments and consumers Visa serves. His organization is shaping money movement, fueling client growth and helping provide economic access across the globe. Mr. Jack Forestell and his team leverage Visa’s network capabilities, unmatched scale and expertise to provide clients and partners with solutions and services built to navigate the rapidly changing environment. In this new role, He is responsible for creating a cohesive roadmap that delivers on Visa’s bold long-term vision for enabling people, businesses and thriving economies.
