Diane S Reyes has over 30 years of financial services experience across a number of large global financial institutions. Her emphasis has been on P&L management, regulatory expertise, sales & client service and product & risk management in the Transaction Banking area. In her last assignment, she chaired the BAFT Global transaction banking leaders forum, participated in Swift & Davos conferences and spoken on payment and CBDC industry panels. Diane has a passion for gender diversity and has sponsored initiatives such as accelerating into leadership (for women) and was the executive sponsor for the US Nurture resource group (for employee caregivers). For the last 15 years, Diane S. Reyes has been featured regularly on the “25 Most powerful women in Banking” and “Women to Watch” categories. As the Group General Manager and Global Head of Liquidity and Cash Management at HSBC, Diane S Reyes led a multi-billion product business operating across 5 regions and 55 countries. She was responsible for over 80 products offered to large and middle market companies as well as to FI’s and the public sector. Her focus centered on helping customers operate and grow their business utilizing innovative and digital solutions to improve their working capital. Over many years, her team was responsible for generating significant revenue growth as well as being recognized by industry with market leading awards in Cash Management. Before joining HSBC, Diane worked at Citi for 11 years in a variety of sales and industry specialist roles. Prior to that she worked at JPM Chase and Mellon Bank in product management, marketing and operational roles. She started her career at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh. Diane S Reyes has been involved with for profit and not for profit boards. Diane S. Reyes was recently a board member of PEFCO & The Grace Institute. She also held various banking board seats for her former employers subsidiary or joint venture.
