Manish Kohli leads HSBC's Global Payments Solutions business line, working with a talented global team striving to simplify business operations for clients worldwide. The team provides comprehensive solutions across Payments, Receivables, Liquidity, Investments, FX, Digital Channels, and Commercial Cards products, leveraging HSBC's global network to support clients' growth and efficiency goals. Before joining HSBC in 2021, Manish Kohli spent 24 years at Citi, holding various senior roles within the global transaction banking business in Payments, Cards, and Trade, with postings in Mumbai, London, and New York, handling country, regional, and global responsibilities. Manish Kohli is particularly passionate about four key areas in banking: Developing global businesses that empower clients in the Digital Age through innovative solutions, partnerships with Fintechs, and leveraging new technology. Building high-performance teams rooted in diversity and inclusion while nurturing the next generation of leaders. Manish leads Citi's Institutional Payments and Receivables business globally, a key pillar of Citi’s Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) division. Citi’s TTS business processes $4 - 5 trillion in flows a day, operates in close to 100 countries and is connected to approximately 250 clearing systems worldwide. Manish Kohli is currently Citi’s PAYCO Board member at The Clearing House (TCH), sits on the Payment Risk Committee of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and represents Citi in a number of industry forums. He has been quoted in key business publications including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, CNN, USA today, and Bloomberg News, and was recognized in 2019 with his inclusion on Business Insider’s inaugural list of the 100 People Transforming Business.
