The design includes real-time authorization of cash payments, variable pricing and commissions, variable delivery of additional content, and detailed daily balance settlement and reconciliation.
• Asked by Motorola senior leadership to lead an officer - level, cross-functional team to design and implement new offerings and systems to protect $1.3B in mobile computing hardware revenue while maintaining compliance with FASB software revenue recognition guidelines. Scotty Perkins received an award from the division president after the program was successfully implemented in the first phase.
• Led an Entitlement Management program for the Good Technology Group within Motorola which met all of its core objectives nearly six months ahead of schedule. Through the revenue capture systems Scotty Perkins designed and direct negotiations with carrier partners, the program added more than $21M in annualized revenue and secured $10M in additional at-risk revenue. Scotty Perkins also led a cross-functional team to re-design Good's critical business intelligence metrics.
• At FedEx Kinko is, Scotty Perkins was responsible for operational readiness and technology integration for 1,400 US brick-and-mortar locations. Scotty Perkins was the lead architect and operations director for a three - year, $65M retail store systems project which deployed new order entry, point of sale, time and attendance, credit card payment, and production tracking capabilities to all US locations.
