Currently at ACI Worldwide (formerly at ReD, now wholly owned by ACI) as Director, (Fraud) Product Management. ACI Universal Payments empowers organizations with end-to-end enterprise payments capabilities – accelerating time to market, reducing risk, growing revenues and controlling costs. ReD was a specialist supplier to the payments industry worldwide, supplying ecommerce and mcommerce fraud solutions to retailers across the globe, across all sectors. .
Previously, 2 years at Actimize as Manager of their Financial Crime Products.
3 years at First Data as Director Fraud & Risk.
10 years at Citigroup, ultimately as SVP and head of Global Fraud Management – focussing on the prevention side of managing fraud risk across all businesses.
And then going back a way….. 8 years at Bank of America, 6 years at National Australia Bank (Clydesdale Bank) – and, if we must – a two year stint at a local newspaper!
Specialties: Product management. Fraud prevention strategies/consultancy. Creation of policy relating to fraud management (including internal fraud). Sourcing and analysing new solutions on the market to mitigate newly identified fraud risks.
