About Chris Hill

Chris Hill drives the strategy and direction for the Pacific region. He works with ACI clients and the industry, responding to the opportunities and challenges of the payments environment. Prior to joining ACI, Chris held leadership positions in global software organizations including Salesforce, Oracle and IBM, and he brings a broad portfolio of management expertise developed over 25 years across banking, payments, CRM/ERP, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions sectors. Chris Hill previously led the Pacific region for ACI between 2013-16, where Chris Hill made a significant contribution to the business, focusing on delivering value to clients and insights to the industry. Chris Hill is an experienced leader who is focused on building teams that understand how to deliver business results for their clients and for their employer. Integrity, accountability, performance and brand is key to how he manages himself and the teams he leads. Chris'​ career objective is to continue to develop his leadership experience and become an accomplished and recognised General Manager/Managing Director. In the longer term, Chris aspires to contributing the benefit of his experience to organisations and communities via board directorships. Chris Hill is passionate about coaching, business management, sales, finance and technology. This positions him strongly to drive business results for technology organisations and their clients through high performance teams who focus on delivering value through business outcomes. Centered on his family of three children, and based in the Sutherland Shire provides Chris with a good foundation to be a leader in his local community and his business endeavors.
