Incorpify Partners With Deel as It Expands Global Business Services Platform

Business services startup Incorpify has announced a global partnership with Deel as it builds an artificial intelligence platform that connects the services companies need to launch, operate, and expand internationally.

The partnership will connect Deel’s global payroll, hiring, human resources and workforce management capabilities with Incorpify’s platform, which covers areas including company formation, accounting, tax, banking, insurance and compliance.

Incorpify said the agreement is part of its wider strategy to create what it describes as an AI orchestration layer for business services.

The company argues that while technology has transformed individual areas of business operations, companies still often rely on several separate platforms and professional service providers when entering new markets.

A business expanding internationally may need to coordinate company formation, payroll, accounting, tax registration, banking, insurance and regulatory compliance at the same time.

Incorpify wants its technology to act as the layer connecting those services while maintaining company data, customer relationships, and workflows across providers.

“Our global partnership with Deel is an important validation of the role we are building in the market,” said Luca Rubino, founder and chief executive of Incorpify. “Businesses need access to world-class solutions, but they also need those solutions to work together. Incorpify is building the AI orchestration layer that connects them into one coordinated experience.”

Deel provides infrastructure allowing companies to hire, manage and pay employees and contractors internationally. Its platform also covers areas including payroll, human resources, benefits, immigration and workforce administration.

Patrick Lannon, head of partnerships at Deel, said companies expanding globally often face difficulties because areas such as hiring, payroll, tax, banking and compliance are managed separately.

“By connecting our global employment infrastructure with Incorpify’s AI orchestration layer for business services, we’re turning operational fragmentation into a single, coordinated experience for businesses scaling worldwide,” he said.

Using AI to coordinate business services

At the centre of Incorpify’s platform is a company record containing information such as ownership structures, corporate entities, compliance deadlines, financial data, filing histories and business documents.

The company is developing AI powered workflows which use this information to identify required actions, prepare documentation, organise service delivery and route tasks to relevant providers.

For example, when a company enters a new jurisdiction, the platform could coordinate requirements around incorporation, payroll, accounting, insurance, banking and compliance.

Specialist providers would continue to deliver the underlying professional or technology services, while Incorpify would maintain the operational context connecting them.

Human professionals will continue to be involved in areas requiring regulatory review, professional judgement or final approval.

Platform model

Incorpify said its strategy draws on technology businesses that maintain the customer relationship and operating platform while third parties provide individual products or services.

Companies such as Shopify connect merchants with payments, logistics and financial services, while travel platforms bring services from large numbers of independent providers into a single customer experience.

Incorpify wants to apply a similar model to professional and business services.

The company said it would maintain the customer relationship, company data, workflow intelligence and quality control, while specialist companies provide individual services.

Building from Washington, DC

The company recently established its US headquarters in Washington, DC.

Incorpify said the move gives it access to policymakers, financial institutions, international organisations, investors and the city’s technology community.

The Plug and Play backed startup says it has generated more than $2 million in revenue and now serves more than 300 business clients.

With the Deel partnership, Incorpify says its longer-term ambition is to become the technology layer connecting the different services businesses rely on as they grow.
