Johanna's Answer: Spending over 15 years streamlining financial services operations from corporate, SME, retail and mortgage lending to core banking transformations, to treasury optimization through technology, we have seen many changes in both the technology and the banking environments. Guiding clients from DOS to Windows to Web-Enabled to SaaS to Cloud Delivery is just one example of this evolution. Platformification, Innovation and Digitalization coupled with fintechs and tighter regulatory requirements are driving changes daily.
Recognizing and understanding the challenges and the art of the possible is the first step for financial institutions to move forward. Once everyone has a clear view of the process details, risks and expected ROI, progress may appear a little more daunting than originally expected.
