About Adam Lishman

Adam Lishman, Experienced Managing Director heading up large businesses. Significant roles running multi-£bn turnover organisations with full end to end responsibilities across functions and product lines with P&L accountability. Previous experience includes senior leadership roles across Treasury and as FD / CFO. Executive Director & Board Member of several legal entities. Adam Lishman joined TSB as Chief Customer Officer in May 2024. Adam Lishman has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and telecommunications. Most recently, he was part of Barclays UK Executive team, as Managing Director Everyday Money Management, where he led current accounts and unsecured lending for three years. Prior to this, he held a number of senior executive roles at Barclays and BT, leading finance, commercial, transformation, and treasury. He started his career in telecommunications at 20:20 Mobile Group. 10+ years experience as a senior leader in Barclays, Board experience, significant success in growing market share and leading £100bn + b/s businesses. With experience as a Transformation leader and CFO.  Adam Lishman holds a 1999 - 2003 Leeds Beckett University.
