After almost 20 years in investment banking, most focused on financial institutions, Kathryn moved to Group Finance at Barclays, where she ran Investor Relations 2015-2018. She has been Group Treasurer since Jan 2018, with all traditional Treasury responsibilities, together with Investor Relations, principal equity investments (including FinTech and sustainable impact), and principal structuring activities. She is passionate about responsible leadership – particularly in D&I and climate.
