NatWest announces Jen Tippin to be the new Chief Transformation Officer

NatWest Group is a parent toRoyal Bank of Scotland and it has attracted Jen Tippin from Lloyds Banking Group to join in the new role of chief transformation officer.

Her career began in 2003 as a Vice President, Global Sales at Invensys, acquired by Schneider Electric, an energy and automation digital solutions provider, where she led global projects in the oil and gas sector.

In Lloyds, she had worked for more than fifteen years and occupied a number of executive positions. Her most recent position had been group director for people and productivity, in which she had been appointed in 2017.

In this newly established role, she will be leading on the bank’s “customer journey transformation”, which is a core part of its transformation agenda.

Chairing the transformation and cost committee, Tippin will oversee and track the outcomes of the bank’s three-year investment horizon agenda and ensure it is delivering its ambitions to create a transformed customer experience.

She will be a member of NatWest Group’s executive committee, reporting directly to chief executive Alison Rose.

“I’m thrilled that Jen has agreed to join us. While right now our collective focus is on ensuring our customers and staff get the support they need in these extremely challenging circumstances, it’s important that we also look ahead.” said Rose.

Jane Tippin said that she is delighted to join NatWest Group.
