OMS Integrates Keychain to Deliver AI-Powered Mortgage Onboarding for Brokers
By Lauren Towner · 27 October 2026

One Mortgage System (OMS) has integrated Keychain into its CRM and loan origination platform, bringing AI-powered document analysis and digital onboarding to mortgage intermediaries. This partnership aims to reduce administrative friction by automating early-stage client tasks, allowing brokers to focus on advice rather than manual data entry and document verification in an increasingly digital lending landscape.
What was announced
The integration provides OMS users with access to Keychain’s suite of digital onboarding tools, including digital fact finds, medical questionnaires, and secure document collection. A core component of the offering is Keychain’s AI-powered technology, which is designed to analyse and verify documents automatically. This system identifies missing information and flags potential issues, enabling brokers to rectify gaps before a case moves further into the underwriting process.
The two firms have already tested the workflow, with more than 600 mortgage, protection, and specialist finance cases flowing from Keychain into OMS over the past few months. To encourage adoption, Keychain is offering OMS users an extended free trial period, allowing firms to evaluate the technology within their existing business structures. The integration also includes automated reminders to prompt clients for outstanding documentation, further reducing the manual chasing typically required of brokers and administrators.
OMS and Keychain are scheduled to host a joint webinar on November 10th to demonstrate the functionality and discuss the practical application of AI in mortgage processing. The OMS platform remains the only end-to-end system in the UK covering residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, and commercial mortgages, alongside general insurance and protection, providing users with integrated product sourcing and criteria searching.
"A modern CRM should be doing far more than simply managing client and case information. Brokers increasingly need access to specialist tools at different stages of the mortgage process, but that shouldn’t mean adding more keying and more complexity."

The companies involved
One Mortgage System (OMS) is a prominent UK-based CRM and loan origination platform specifically designed for the mortgage and specialist finance sectors. It provides intermediaries and lenders with a comprehensive suite of tools for product sourcing, criteria searching, and protection sourcing. The platform has established itself as a central hub for various lending types, ranging from standard residential mortgages to complex commercial and bridging finance, positioning itself as a comprehensive end-to-end solution for the UK market.
Keychain operates as a specialist platform focused on the client onboarding stage of the financial services journey. Its technology is built to streamline the transition from initial enquiry to a fully documented case, utilizing AI to handle the heavy lifting of document verification and data collection. By focusing on the "front end" of the mortgage process, Keychain aims to improve the experience for both the adviser and the end client. The partnership with OMS represents a strategic move to embed these specialist onboarding capabilities directly into a broker's primary workflow, eliminating the need for duplicate data entry across disparate systems.
What FF News has reported before
OMS has been active in expanding its ecosystem through strategic integrations and product enhancements. FF News recently covered how OMS Boosts Mortgage Efficiency with Rightmove AVM Integration as Molo Goes Live, highlighting its commitment to incorporating automated valuation data. The firm also collaborated with specialist lenders, as seen when OMS and Step One Finance Launch Bespoke Loan Origination Platform to Streamline Specialist Lending.
Further expanding its reach into the second charge market, the platform facilitated a new API connection, reported in OMS and Scroll Finance Streamline Second Charge Buy-to-Let via New API Integration. These developments follow a period of industry recognition, where One Mortgage System Secures Top Spot as UK’s Leading Mortgage CRM in Benchmark Study, solidifying its position in the UK fintech landscape.
What this means
This integration signals a shift in the mortgage CRM market from simple record-keeping to active process automation. By embedding AI-driven document analysis, OMS is putting pressure on legacy CRM providers that still rely on manual uploads and human verification. The move addresses the "first-mile" problem in lending—the slow, error-prone period of data collection that often delays offers. For the wider industry, it raises the bar for what constitutes a "standard" broker toolkit. The success of such integrations will likely depend on how seamlessly AI can handle the nuances of specialist finance documentation without requiring constant human intervention, potentially setting a new benchmark for speed in the UK mortgage sector.
