Press Release: LoanPro and AllCloud Launch Claude-Powered AI to Slash Loan Servicing Call Times by 15% | Featured Image by FF News

LoanPro has launched an AI-native summary interface in collaboration with AllCloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS), successfully reducing customer call times by up to 15% for loan servicing agents. By utilizing Anthropic’s Claude to synthesize complex borrower histories into actionable narratives, the platform addresses the operational friction inherent in manual data retrieval during high-stakes financial interactions.

What was announced

The new interface is designed specifically for loan servicing agents who have traditionally been required to manually aggregate disparate data points—including payment records, missed payments, and returned fees—while engaged in live calls with borrowers. Developed through the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center in partnership with AllCloud, the tool leverages Anthropic’s Claude model to transform raw, unstructured account data into a coherent "borrower story."

This functionality allows agents to "talk to the loan," using natural language queries to surface specific account details instantly. Rather than navigating through multiple legacy screens and disparate systems, agents receive a plain-language summary that enables immediate problem-solving. Beyond the efficiency gains for the agent, the system maintains a compliant record of every action taken during a call, providing lenders with a comprehensive audit trail for regulatory purposes.

Since the implementation of the tool, LoanPro has reported a measurable decrease in internal support ticket volume. This suggests that the interface is not only speeding up individual calls but also empowering agents and lenders to resolve complex issues autonomously, reducing the need for internal escalations. The tool is currently available to users of the LoanPro platform, targeting financial institutions, auto lenders, and credit providers who manage high volumes of active loan lifecycles.

"Agents shouldn't have to hunt for answers while a borrower is waiting on the line," said Colin Terry, Chief Product Officer at LoanPro. "This gives them the full picture instantly, so the conversation can focus on solving the borrower's problem instead of finding the information to solve it."

The companies involved

LoanPro is a modern, API-first lending and credit platform founded in 2015. The company provides a comprehensive suite of tools that automate the entire loan lifecycle, ranging from initial origination and underwriting to payment processing and collections management. Positioned as a tech-forward alternative to legacy core banking systems, LoanPro serves a diverse range of financial institutions and credit providers looking to modernize their workflows through automation.

AllCloud is a global professional services firm and AWS Premier Tier Services Partner that specializes in cloud transformation and data analytics. The company worked alongside LoanPro to bridge the gap between vast quantities of dormant lender data and real-time agent requirements. Peter Nebel, CTO at AllCloud, played a key role in the development of the conversational view into loan data.

The solution is built on the infrastructure of Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically utilizing the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center. The underlying intelligence is provided by Anthropic, a prominent AI safety and research company. Anthropic’s Claude model is increasingly being integrated into financial services workflows due to its ability to handle complex, multi-step reasoning and maintain high levels of accuracy in data-heavy environments.

What FF News has reported before

FF News has extensively tracked the integration of generative AI within the financial services ecosystem, particularly regarding the growing influence of AWS and Anthropic. Recently, we covered how PicPay Integrates With Anthropic’s Claude to Expand Conversational AI Financial Services, highlighting a similar move toward using large language models for customer-facing financial interactions.

The role of AWS as a primary infrastructure provider for fintech innovation was also seen when Ramp Partners With AWS to Bring AI Finance Operations to AWS Marketplace. Furthermore, the trend of autonomous AI agents in finance is accelerating, as evidenced by our report on how Stripe and AWS Partner to Enable Autonomous AI Agent Payments via Privy. These developments underscore a broader industry shift where major cloud providers and AI labs are becoming the foundational architecture for modern fintech operations.

What this means

This announcement signals a shift in how generative AI is being deployed in the back office. While much of the initial hype focused on customer-facing chatbots, the real ROI is increasingly found in "agent-assist" tools that solve the data fragmentation problem. For the lending sector, where compliance and accuracy are non-negotiable, the ability to synthesize a "borrower story" without losing the audit trail is a significant step forward. Legacy servicing platforms that rely on "green-screen" interfaces or siloed databases are under increasing pressure to modernize. The 15% reduction in call time is a hard metric that will likely force competitors to accelerate their own internal AI integrations to maintain operational parity.
