Shai Maron Joins Trullion as SVP of R&D, Leading the Company’s AI-Driven Innovation in Financial Automation

Trullion, a leading AI-powered platform for automating and managing financial workflows, has appointed Shai Maron as SVP of Research & Development. In this strategic leadership role, Shai will guide the company’s R&D direction and product expansion, helping to realize Trullion’s vision of making accounting and audit processes more transparent, accurate, and efficient.

Shai brings over 15 years of experience in leading development teams and scaling complex technology systems. He served as VP of R&D at Waycare, where he was part of the founding team and led the company’s development operations in Israel. Following Waycare’s acquisition, he joined Rekor, where he held the role of SVP and GM of the Israeli development center, leading a global team of 60 engineers along with dozens of additional employees in Israel. 

Shai is a graduate of a technology unit in the IDF Intelligence Corps, where he served as a software development team leader. In recent years, he has also served as a mentor in the Mamram alumni program. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, specializing in technology management, innovation, and entrepreneurship. 

Shai Maron’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Trullion, as the company continues to accelerate the development of its AI-powered products and lead innovation in the financial automation space.

For accountants, Trullion ingests source data and automates the creation of financial entries for compliance. For auditors, Trullion ingests financial reports and automats audit testing workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
