Spendbase & GroüHub Partner to Simplify EU Company Banking for Global Founders

Spendbase, the Google-backed FinTech platform that helps businesses save on SaaS and cloud costs, has announced a strategic partnership with GroüHub, an Estonia-based service provider specializing in company formation and accounting compliance management via Estonia’s renowned e-Residency program.

This collaboration enables entrepreneurs worldwide to register and manage an EU-based company entirely online, removing the traditional complexities of cross-border company formation and bureaucracy. A key part of this process – opening a business bank account – is now faster, simpler, and completely free thanks to Spendbase’s digital banking services.

Both EU and non-EU founders can now launch their EU business and set up banking remotely, without the need to travel to Estonia in person.

“Launching an EU business has traditionally been complex, especially for non-EU founders. Our partnership with GroüHub streamlines this process, eliminating one of the biggest hurdles – opening a bank account – so entrepreneurs can focus on building and growing their companies instead of navigating bureaucracy.”

Andrew Alex, CEO of Spendbase

“Our mission at GroüHub is to make Estonia company registration and management as straightforward and personalized as possible. By partnering with Spendbase, we’re making it easier than ever for founders to get started, offering seamless banking solutions right from day one.”

Manuel Schütte, Founder & CEO of GroüHub

As part of this partnership, GroüHub clients will benefit from:

  • Fast, hassle-free business bank account creation as part of company registration
  • Virtual corporate cards with cashback rewards to streamline company spending

Importantly, Spendbase’s digital banking is completely free. Startups can enjoy no monthly fees, no per-user charges, and no transaction costs. This is a core part of the company’s mission to support startups globally by helping them optimize and reduce operational costs.
