Press Release: Palindrome and Blevins Franks Partner to Automate Cross-Border Wealth Management via Agentic AI | Featured Image by FF News

Agentic AI specialist Palindrome has partnered with cross-border wealth manager Blevins Franks to streamline advisory services for the 1.3 million UK nationals living in the EU. This collaboration addresses the complex regulatory and tax challenges faced by UK-based advisers, signaling a shift toward automated, multi-jurisdictional compliance in the wealth management sector.

What was announced

The partnership centers on Blevins Franks’ new European Client Solutions initiative, which aims to assist UK advisers managing clients across the European Union. By integrating Palindrome’s agentic AI, the firm intends to automate high-friction administrative tasks that currently complicate cross-border wealth management. Specifically, the technology will handle automatic record updates, the generation of core suitability letters, and complex compliance checks tailored to various European regulatory environments.

The move targets the specific difficulties of navigating local tax rules, succession laws, and diverse regulations affecting pensions and estate planning. In many cases, a single client file may involve multiple tax regimes and conflicting suitability rules. Palindrome’s AI agents are designed to connect with Blevins Franks’ existing back-office systems via deep API integration, allowing for end-to-end automation of client reviews and onboarding processes.

This announcement follows Palindrome’s selection by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as one of eight firms for the second cohort of its AI Live Testing (AILT) programme. Earlier this year, the firm also joined the Microsoft and NVIDIA Agentic Launchpad and established a similar partnership with wealth manager Foster Denovo in May.

"Blevins Franks was looking for a core AI partner that could put the data layer front and centre and connect into its existing back-office system at the deepest API level. Those core requirements are what brought them to Palindrome."

The companies involved

Blevins Franks is a specialist in cross-border financial planning, focusing on UK nationals living in Europe. The firm provides tax, estate planning, and investment advice, operating in a niche that requires deep knowledge of both UK and continental European financial regulations. With a significant presence in countries popular with British expatriates, the company manages the complexities of wealth transfer and pension regulation for a client base that often straddles multiple jurisdictions.

Palindrome, also known as Palindrome Data, is an agentic AI specialist focused on the financial services sector. The firm develops intelligent agents capable of executing complex workflows and making autonomous decisions within defined regulatory frameworks. Unlike traditional automation, Palindrome’s technology is designed to handle the nuanced data layers required for compliance and suitability in wealth management. The company has gained significant traction in the UK fintech ecosystem this year, participating in high-profile acceleration programs with major technology providers like NVIDIA and Microsoft. Its focus remains on rebuilding traditional financial lifecycles to accommodate AI-driven automation at the infrastructure level.

What this means

The wealth management sector is increasingly under pressure to reduce the "advice gap" caused by rising administrative costs and regulatory complexity. By deploying agentic AI to handle multi-jurisdictional compliance, Blevins Franks is tackling one of the most labor-intensive aspects of cross-border finance. This move suggests that the industry is moving beyond simple chatbots toward AI that can actually execute middle-office functions. For competitors, the pressure is now on to prove that human-only teams can remain cost-effective in the face of automated suitability and compliance workflows that operate across multiple tax regimes simultaneously.
