Mauricio Monroy - Equisoft - ITC LATAM 2023

At ITC LATAM 2023 in Miami, FF News spoke to Mauricio Monroy VP at Equisoft about how they're supporting digital transformation in the insurance industry. Equisoft provide software and portals that better allow insurance companies to see policies and processes and help with data migration. Mauricio was keen to stress the importance of customer orientation in all they do, and said "digital transformation is about customer orientation. It has to have a purpose and the purpose is to be customer focused." On the event itself he had this to say. "Having ITC in Miami for LATAM is great. It's a big milestone. We are super excited to see this. To have one that is 100% focused on LATAM is great news."
