About Richard Saulet

As a commercial Director, with an excellent track record of delivering economic performance, I have wide experience of leading Product, Strategic and Operational businesses. I believe in delivering for customers through people and have proven leadership and management skills at executive level. I joined Metro Bank in 2012 and have carried out a variety of roles including building and running our mortgage business for over 4 years. Alongside mortgages, I ran our asset and invoice finance businesses for over 2 years, integrating an acquired business into the Metro Bank culture and significantly growing its bottom line. I have spent the last 2 years building and developing the Bank's strategy and transformation teams, delivering key programmes and working at Board and ExCo level. I am currently Director of Strategy and Corporate Development.
