The core business model remains the same as the last 25 years. It was born out of me deciding to invest personally into one property, as a pension.
I had a positive experience and bought a second property. Then a third. Friends asked me to help them invest. Then friends of friends. I took a brave pill, gave up my day job and never looked back.
If you’re new to us. We help clients invest, and create safe and affordable homes to rent. Our ‘one stop’ service covers sourcing, renovation, furnishing and management.
GOING GREEN
As property accounts for 52% of carbon emissions, working with EST, we’ve reduced our carbon footprint by 30% since 2006. We aim to go carbon positive in 2021/2.
TRACK RECORD
I’m passionate about property. And I love helping clients invest really well. Many clients have become good friends over the years. Many friends became clients. I’m proud to have helped clients build portfolios large and small.
Clients have helped us grow. They’ve re-invested and they’ve told their friends.
But what makes me most proud is our track record. We announced a new ‘Health Check’ service for clients and their portfolios, at our 21st birthday at Edinburgh Castle. What that’s flushed out is that our average returns this past 25 years are an incredible 28% Per Annum!
