About Mark Nalder

Mark Nalder is Head of Payment Service & Strategy for Nationwide and is responsible for looking after all payment services including supplier and incident management for their members as well at looking at the future strategy for both Nationwide and the industry. He is a leading voice in the industry and has held various industry board positions and is now involved in helping shape the New Payments Architecture (NPA) with Pay.UK. Mark has over 30 years working in various aspects of payments from operations to delivery to service & strategy with over 20 years’ experience representing Nationwide in the industry. Mark Nalder  has over 30 years of payments experience including roles in Technology, Service and Strategy with over 25 years of working in the industry including holding Board, Exec and Advisory roles.
