Felizitas Lichtenberg is the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at SumUp, a FinTech company. She has established the Diversity & Inclusion and ESG strategy at SumUp and drives initiatives internally as well as externally. She also connects D&I with Mental Health topics and speaks about the unspoken to drive change. Felizitas is a highly driven business professional with almost 15 years of proven experience. She has a strong passion for Diversity and Inclusion, with global and local market experiences, and business acumen. Enthusiastic in approaching challenges and opportunities of inclusion and sustainability globally, she focuses on 3Es, Education, Environment and Entrepreneurship. Felizitas is an Intercultural Business Trainer, an Organisational Change Manager and a Systemic Transactional Analysis Consultant. She has Eurasian roots and lived in Germany, USA, Britain and France. Previously, at Vodafone, Felizitas Lichtenberg was promoted to Global Diversity & Inclusion Lead, crafting a strategic vision centered on colleagues, communities, customers, and co-partners. Earlier experiences include roles as a Commercial Marketing Manager and IT Consultant, as well as various internships focused on marketing, customer support, and event management. Lichtenberg holds a Master’s degree in European Business from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, Culture, and Leisure Planning from Oxford Brookes University.
