Legal and Compliance is a substantial part for any start ups. I take great pride in constantly striving towards operational excellence and improve the legal operators in the Fintech space. A passion for IP and how to best protect people’s ideas without refraining innovation got me closer to the word of start -ups where I have developed an entrepreneurial attitude. By challenging the current practices I take an active role in building more innovative and accessible solutions. The value that diversity adds to any teams is very often underrated and I am proud to be one of the voices of women in the tech industry.
