•As first Managing Director of FDX (employee #1), led it from 22 members to 175+ member organizations on 4 continents and from a sub-$1mm budget to ~$3mm budget.
•Co-chaired the FS-ISAC Aggregation Working Group 2016-2018
•Led the BofA enterprise DMARC anti-phishing implementation – resulting in 3.5 Billion outbound messages a year being protected by DMARC.
•Led 2015 initiative to reduce Online Banking fraud losses, resulting in a $250k annual save.
•Countrywide Transition lead for Ecommerce responsible for the largest credential migration in history (over 4MM IDs). Proposed and implemented an innovative data conditioning effort to resolve over 750K non-compliant credentials prior to conversion – with a projected net save of over $1MM in the call centers. Project delivered on-time, under budget, and error-free (7 Sigma level)
•Led initiatives resulting in a three-fold increase in site availability for BofA’s Military Bank Online.
•Pioneered two key Online Banking features in Military Bank Online – eventually introducing them to the entire Bank of America franchise.
