Laurent Martini Joins Anaplan as Managing Director of the Company’s EMEA Go-to-Market Organization

Anaplan, a global leader in AI-driven scenario planning and analysis,today announced the appointment of Laurent Martini as managing director of its Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. A seasoned software executive with a proven track record of driving outsized value for customers, Martini will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth and further strengthening the company’s position in EMEA, helping Anaplan customers in the region — including brands like AB InBev, Bayer, and JLR — make smarter business decisions with confidence.    

Upon his arrival on February 16, Martini will report to Greg Randolph, president and chief revenue officer, and become a member of Anaplan’s Executive Committee.     

“Laurent is a high-calibre leader with deep experience in scaling enterprise software businesses and building high-performing, customer-focused teams,” said Randolph. “Laurent’s impressive track record of maximizing customer value and creating powerful go-to-market partnerships will be instrumental as we continue to accelerate our growth in EMEA.”  

Martini brings over two decades of software industry experience to Anaplan. He joins from Splunk, where he served as vice president of EMEA sales and was responsible for driving consistent 20% year-over-year growth. Prior to Splunk, Martini led a hyper-growth phase at Pure Storage as managing director for France, increasing revenue from $5 million to $54 million in just four years. He also held multiple leadership positions at Symantec, including country manager for France, where he oversaw a $100 million business.
