Aurionpro Solutions has reported record quarterly revenue of ₹415 crore for Q2 FY27, driven by a pivot toward AI-native banking architectures and high-density data centre infrastructure. For fintech professionals, the 16% sequential growth and a ₹2,050 crore order book signal a recovery in bank decision-making cycles as institutions transition from legacy systems to agentic AI stacks.

What was announced

Aurionpro Solutions Limited reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2026, achieving its highest-ever quarterly revenue. This performance was underpinned by a 16% growth both year-on-year and sequentially, supported by an order book valued at approximately ₹2,050 crore. The results highlight a significant expansion across the company’s Banking & Fintech, Technology Innovation Group (TIG), and Data Centre verticals.

In the banking sector, the company’s iCashpro+ Transaction Banking Platform was selected by Ujjivan Small Finance Bank under a six-year enterprise license. Other notable milestones include project go-lives for the Bank of Ceylon and a contract renewal with the State Bank of India (SBI) for Murex application support. The company also introduced new AI-native offerings, including the Verdict onboarding platform and Infinity OS.

The TIG division secured a ₹50 crore order from MMRDA for Automated Fare Collection (AFC) solutions on Mumbai Metro Line 5. Geographically, Aurionpro expanded its partnership with Mastercard in North America and entered the European transit market through a deal with Matkahuolto in Finland. Meanwhile, the Data Centre vertical secured cumulative orders of nearly ₹300 crore from a global hyperscaler for an AI-ready facility in Navi Mumbai, supported by a new dedicated infrastructure facility in Bhiwandi to enhance end-to-end delivery.

"Our Q2 FY27 performance reflects a clear step-up in momentum, with revenue reaching ₹415 crore, up 16% both year-on-year and sequentially, while sustaining profitability despite accelerated R&D investments and continuing input cost pressures."

What this means

The transition from legacy, process-centric systems to agentic, AI-native architectures is moving from the theoretical phase to active implementation in global banking. Aurionpro’s results suggest that the "wait and see" period for AI investment is ending, as banks reassess their long-term roadmaps to prioritize autonomous workflows. Furthermore, the "bits to atoms" strategy highlights a growing industry trend: the convergence of intelligent software and physical infrastructure. This shift puts pressure on pure-play software vendors who lack the engineering depth to manage the high-density compute requirements of modern AI data centres. The sector is now entering a phase where control over the entire value chain—from hardware to the software layer—is becoming a primary driver of margin efficiency.
