In this video, Soheyl discusses how financial institutions can utilise automation whilst still obeying the regulations that are applied to them. “Regulations are a must with us. We are a bank, the money of our customers is with us. We cannot jeopardize that and regulations are there to keep everything safe while also being transparent. So that’s just a no-brainer. You have to comply with that, but on top of that within that remit, you need to look at how new emerging technologies and new capabilities can help with enhancing your customer experience and ask how do you incorporate it.
