About Zuhursho Rahmatulloev

Mr. Zuhursho Rahmatulloev is Co-Founder of Alif Bank in Tajikistan and a fin-tech company in Uzbekistan. Prior to founding Alif, from 2011-12, Mr. Rahmatulloev served as Business Development Manager at BDO Tajikistan, one of the leading audit firms in the country. Previously he also co-founded and failed a number of start-ups in real estate and tourism. In addition, he co-founded a Public Organization, “Peshraft,” which supports young leaders through various stipend programs as well as different social initiatives. Mr. Rahmatulloev holds an MA in International Political Economy with merit from the University of Warwick, UK (2010) and a BA in Business Administration with merit from London South Bank University (2009). He also holds a Chartered Islamic Finance Professional degree from the International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2013), one of the leading educational institution in the field. Zuhursho Rahmatulloev is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial leader, currently serving as the Co-founder and CEO of AlifX since January 2024. Zuhursho has contributed to enhancing access to quality financial services, particularly for small and medium enterprises.
