The foundation of Tracey’s success is her willingness to take on new challenges and her passion for creating a positive work environment for the people around her.   Tracey Brown has held various roles in many industries throughout her career at companies like HealthSouth Corporation, Mercer Consulting, Owens Corning, ADP and Fiserv. In her roles she has partnered with board of directors to turnaround the operations and culture of Fortune 500 companies, provided thought leadership and operation expertise around design and execution of technologies in the Human Resources and Financial Services industries and led businesses with up to $800M in revenue that drove significant YoY growth and value to her customers. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Samford University.
