I am an intrapreneur, a good rebel challenging the status quo. Leveraging digital and technology I am constantly looking for new business models, new products, new functionality to improve the customer's user experience, to make employees task easier and make the organization run more efficiently. I am an ever curious constant learner. I believe in leadership that empowers a team with self-management and ownership. Critical thinking and diversity are not optional but essential.
