Pedro Barata, Currently heading Feedzai's Product function, in charge of scaling our product and transforming the way financial crime is fought. Previous built Customer Success from 0 to almost 200 people globally in a 24x7 operation inc. Professional Services, Account Management, Pre-Sales and Customer Support. Previous to Feedzai, Pedro worked for Critical Software where he helped design and develop internal systems for CMMi appraisals, while being involved in activities related to project management and quality assurance. Pedro's academical background has a strong focus on computer science and later on software engineering, where he developed a great passion for building solid and reliable software, as well as managing projects and clients throughout the process. Specialties: Professional Services, Consulting, Machine Learning, Client Management, Software Engineering, Big Data, Real-time systems, Fintech, Payments, Fraud Detection. He has worked with various global financial services companies and is passionate about building products that deliver tangible outcomes to Feedzai's clients and make the world a safer place. Pedro Barata completed his education at Universidade de Coimbra.
