He is currently the VP Western Europe & GM Solutions at Microsoft, where he is responsible for 1000+ people strong solution sales and technical pre-sales organization, overseeing go-to-market, strategic growth initiatives and sales execution. Prior, Jens Hansen served as General Manager EMEA - Data & AI, responsible for the growth of the Data and Artificial Intelligence Azure Solution Business for Microsoft. Jens Hansen is passionate about the positive impact that advanced analytics and artificial intelligence can have on businesses and their digital transformation journeys, while being a strong advocate of the responsible use of technology. He also serves a non-executive director at UPLINK Network GmbH, a leading nationwide partner for the planning, construction and operation of critical, decentralized ICT and radio technology.
