Lyn Bird | VP Enterprise Functions at Microsoft | Fintech Finance
Lyn Bird is CVP of Sales Activation & Transformation within Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery. She and her team focus on accelerating AI adoption and helping customers realize business value through Microsoft technology. Over the last 25 years, Lyn has been at the forefront of helping customers unlock their full potential through advanced technology. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2021, Lyn was a Senior Managing Director at Accenture, where Lyn held global leadership roles, including client account leadership for global clients, and EMEA management consulting lead. She considers herself a global citizen, having lived and worked in South Africa, London, Holland, USA (Texas and Pacific Northwest), Canada, Switzerland, and Hungary. Before joining Microsoft, Lyn Bird played a pivotal role in building Accenture’s industry-defining client relationships across various segments and businesses, including Oil and Gas (BP, Shell, Suncor, MOL, SASOL), Mining, Utilities, Consumer Health, Retail, Insurance, and Banking. Her extensive experience includes living and working in South Africa, London, Holland, the USA (Texas and Pacific Northwest), Canada, Switzerland, and Hungary, making her very much a global citizen. Lyn is passionate about democratizing access to AI, empowering organizations to create a more equitable and inclusive future for all.
