About Jake Moore

I am a Cyber Security Specialist for ESET, Europe’s number one Internet Security and Antivirus company. I am also a well respected industry expert who regularly comments on a range of cyber security stories in the press such as The BBC, The Guardian, The Independent and Forbes. I am often asked to give my opinion, advice and analysis on articles featuring a security or technology angle. I previously worked in the police force for 14 years  investigating computer crime in the Digital Forensics Unit and Cyber Crime Team in Dorset. I investigated 100s of crimes and spent much of my time in Crown Court producing digital evidence for a abundance of different offences from fraud to murder.
