About Don Dixon

Don Dixon is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of ForgePoint Capital which is a spin-out of Trident Capital. He is also a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Trident Capital. From 1988 to 1993, Don was Co-President of Partech International, a private equity fund manager associated with Banque Paribas. From 1983 to 1988, he was a Managing Director of Alex. Brown & Sons. Earlier in his career, Don was a Vice President of Morgan Stanley & Co. and a Senior Account Officer at Citibank, N.A. Don serves as a director of Advanced Payment Solutions, Amprius, Bishop Fox, Concourse Labs, CyberCube, IronNet Cybersecurity, Sphere and SolCyber. Don’s past directorships include 2Checkout (acquired by Verifone), Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), Anasazi Inc. (acquired by Pegasus Solutions Inc.), BankAmerica Merchant Services, Inc. (BPI), BlueStar Solutions (acquired by ACS), Bytemobile (acquired by Citrix), CSG Systems International, Inc (CSGS), Epicor Software Corporation (EPIC), Epoch Partners (acquired by Goldman Sachs), Evolving Systems, Inc. (EVOL), Infotrieve (acquired by CCC), InfoUSA, Inc. (IUSA), Merchant e-Solutions (acquired by Cielo), Pegasus Systems, Inc. (acquired by IBM) and XRS Corp (acquired by OmniTracs) Don earned his B.S.E. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Dixon serves on the Advisory Board of the Harvard Kennedy School Center for Public Leadership, is a director of the Business Executives for National Security (BENS), and a member of the Board of Advisors to the Naval Postgraduate School.
