Mr. Dag-Inge Flatraaker is General Manager, Group Payments Infrastructure at DNB Bank. Academical background includes; Master Degree in Economics (University of Oslo) 1986 and a mid-career program at Harvard University (Boston) in Public and Business Administration 1993/94. He holds key positions both in the Norwegian and European payments landscape, including the European Payments Council (EPC) where he is member of the Executive Board and Chairman of the EPC Mobile-Channel Working Group. His professional background also includes a former career in Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway).
