Over 20 years experience in commercial property in a range of roles including commercial and investment agency with a focus on valuation since 2002. I have been working in the north west since 2004 and provide valuation advise in all commercial and residential property sectors in the north west, the midlands and north Wales. I provide advice to both the public and private sector clients for a number of purposes including acquisition and disposal, accounts, strategic advice, expert witness and secured lending. Key projects in Liverpool include the valuations of The Capital Building, The Met Quarter, Stanley Dock Tobacco Warehouse, India Building, 1 Tithebarn Street 10 Duke Street and various holdings to the north of the City centre. Other valuations include shopping centres, industrial estates, student accommodation, residential developments and residential investment portfolios. Key clients include major clearing banks, challenger banks, specialist lenders, bridging finance and solicitors advising on expert witness work. Example banking clients include Lloyds, Santander, Nat West, Habib , Cambridge & Counties, Aldermore and Redwood. Specialist lending clients include Ratesetter, Close Brothers and a variety of bridging funders. I have prepared expert witness reports for a variety of commercial and residential properties including development properties in North Wales, Staffordshire, Merseyside and The Wirral for clients including Hill Dickinson, Clyde & Co, Kennedys, Manleys and RPC Legal.
