PiggyBank honoured as UK Complaint Handling Finalists

Having had a successful year of award nominations and wins PiggyBank, owned by the Bournemouth-based fintech company DJS (UK) Limited, has been shortlisted as a finalist at the UK Complaint Handling Awards 2019.

The UK Complaint Handling Awards is the only programme in this country to recognise the organisations who are dedicated to successful complaint handling. They present the opportunity to celebrate and share techniques and methods, while providing a platform for companies to showcase the work they do.

PiggyBank is shortlisted in the ‘Most Improved Complaint Handling – Financial Services’ category alongside the likes of HSBC UK PLC, Zurich Insurance PLC, Morses Club and VitalityHealth.

This award seeks to recognise a company showing marked transformation in implementing or improving its complaint handling methods, and show the impact this has on both clients and business.

Dan Ware, CEO at DJS (UK) Limited, added: “Being shortlisted in these awards means so much to us as we aim to put the customer at the forefront of everything we do.”

Members of the PiggyBank team are looking forward to attending the awards ceremony in London during March 2019.
