Pleo today unveiled Pleo Embedded, a new solution that empowers businesses managing large networks of SMB customers to offer real-time financial intelligence via spend and cash management capabilities directly from their own platform.

With Pleo Embedded, partners can now offer their customers smart company cards, automated expenses, accounts payables and real-time cash management suite as a fully white-labelled or co-branded solution, bringing Pleo’s industry leading experience (NPS 50+) to their customers in a matter of weeks.

With integrations across over 50 specialist software solutions in the accounting and HRIS vertical segments and Mastercard as the main card scheme and a strategic partner, Pleo Embedded marks Pleo’s first move into embedded finance, furthering its mission to empower European businesses to thrive by making complex financial decisions simple and effortless.

SMBs are clear on their biggest financial hurdles: fragmented solutions (85%), complex integrations (88%) and the grind of manual expense reconciliation (38%) have all been identified as challenges being faced today. The move into embedded finance comes as SMB demand for integrated financial solutions accelerates – 87% of SMBs are considering integrated financial software to handle their increasingly complex needs for automation and digital operations, based on April 2025 survey data from SMB Group. According to McKinsey, Europe’s embedded finance revenues could surpass €100 billion by the end of the decade, accounting for 10–15% of revenue by 2030.
