Fime has advanced its collaboration with imark to provide local EMV®* Level 3 test services in Nepal. Together, the companies will support the nation’s rapidly expanding financial ecosystem by providing local testing and consultancy services to issuers and acquirers. This enhanced offer will give Nepalese payment stakeholders the ability to validate the integration of their payment acceptance terminals at a reduced cost and time to market.

Ram Dhungana, CEO at imark, comments: “For the past 17 years, we have worked closely with banks and leading financial institutions to innovate and upgrade their payments infrastructure. By working with a trusted partner like Fime, we can now provide the financial ecosystem with access to state-of-the-art test tools and consultancy that enfranchises innovation without compromising on security.”

“imark is an esteemed partner, and through our work with them Fime is committed to supporting the evolution and digitalization of payments in Nepal with world-class testing and certification services,” adds Angaj Bhandari, VP IMEA at Fime. “With nearly two decades’ experience supporting financial stakeholders in Nepal, imark’s local heritage combined with our worldwide expertise will bring enhanced innovation to the financial ecosystem.”
