Otala.Markets (“Otala”), a specialist investment bank with a 10-year track record of creating and developing structured investment products, announces its collaboration with Luma Financial Technologies, an independent, multi-issuer platform for structured products and other alternative investments worldwide.
This step marks a key milestone in Otala’s transformation into a scalable fintech investment platform by integrating technology, digital distribution, and strategic partnerships, Otala aims to drive sustainable growth and high-margin scalability.
Luma will provide the user interface for Otala’s new proprietary pricing platform, allowing Otala clients to price new products, track existing ones, and maintain a comprehensive overview of product performance. The platform will also allow users to generate detailed portfolio reports, simplifying workflow and improving operational visibility. Luma users, in turn, will gain direct access to automated pricing from Otala.
