ieDigital & Mambu Work to Simplify Transition to Cloud-Based Banking Technology

ieDigital, one of the UK’s leading technology solution providers for financial institutions is working with global cloud banking platform, Mambu to help banks, building societies and other financial institutions transition to cloud technology.

The combined effort of the fintechs helps create an accelerated delivery of the customer experiences for origination, self-service, retention and customer engagement across all channels.
ieDigital has already delivered Mambu’s platform for a joint customer that provides personal savings accounts to individuals and commercial finance products to UK SME businesses. The combination of the cloud banking platform and ieDigital’s expertise in implementing flexible financial technology solutions has significantly improved the customer’s digital capabilities.

Jerry Young, CEO of ieDigital, said “Working with Mambu to leverage our mutual expertise just makes sense, especially in helping organisations manage expectations around digital services. It means that we can create flexible, cutting-edge self-serve solutions that enable customers to confidently manage their finance channels without too much labour-intensive, manual intervention. We share similar values right across the board, not least our mutual desire to disrupt banking by putting the customer right at the core of everything we do.”

Richard Morgans, UK and Ireland General Manager at Mambu, said “Our cloud-native, API-first approach to digital banking solutions means Mambu offers a flexible platform for customers to build upon. Working with fellow fintechs, we can deliver technology solutions that nurture and develop great customer engagement in what is an exciting era for banking. Together, we will redefine digital banking for financial institutions around the world.”
