Plumery Appoints Jelena Kuse as Head of Delivery
Plumery, a digital banking experience platform for customer-centric banking, has appointed Jelena Kuse as its new Head of Delivery. Kuse will lead the end-to-end execution of customer engagements and play a central role in bridging product, engineering, and client stakeholders.
Kuse brings over a decade of experience delivering complex digital solutions for financial institutions. She joins Plumery from global consultancy Cognizant, where she served as a Principal Business Analyst and Product Manager. Prior to that, she held a similar role at Devbridge, a digital services firm specialising in enterprise software delivery.
At Plumery, Kuse will lead the end-to-end execution of client engagements, overseeing initiatives from scoping through to launch with speed, precision and consistency. She will steer the delivery of Plumery’s digital banking platform, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. As a pivotal link between internal teams and clients, Kuse will champion efficient, scalable processes that uphold the highest standards of quality.
