Percayso Strengthens Leadership Structure as Keith Binley Appointed Group CEO

Percayso today announces a leadership evolution as it prepares for its next phase of Group-wide growth, including Percayso Vehicle Intelligence (PVI) and Percayso Inform Limited (PIL).

Richard Tomlinson will be leaving the business after seven years of service, during which he played a pivotal role in guiding the company through significant expansion, including the acquisition and relaunch of PVI.

Keith Binley has been appointed Group CEO, responsible for leading strategy, execution, and overall growth across the Group. Keith has over 20 years of leadership experience in data, technology, and analytics businesses.

Keith has led organisations through periods of significant growth, with particular expertise in strategy, operational execution, and scaling innovation. Previous roles include MD at LexisNexis and Insurance Initiatives.

Simon James, Executive Chairman, said:

“Richard has made an outstanding contribution to Percayso over many years, and we thank him sincerely. This leadership evolution positions Percayso for scale, combining Group-wide direction from Keith with strong operational leadership in each business.”

Keith Binley, Group CEO, commented:

“I am excited to lead Percayso into its next growth phase. The foundations we have built across insurance and automotive sectors give us a unique platform to deliver further innovation and value to our clients and partners. We remain focused on supporting the insurance sector with market-leading solutions, while building the capabilities that will underpin our future growth.”
