Notable Capital Deepens Local Engagement in Israel And Adds Eliya Elon

Notable Capital, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm with a long-standing focus on Israeli innovation, is deepening its presence in the local ecosystem with the addition of Eliya Elon as Entrepreneur-in-Residence, its first employee based in Israel. Eliya joins a team led by Managing Partner Oren Yunger, alongside Managing Partner Glenn Solomon and Investor Dan Cahana, who have long championed Israeli entrepreneurs across stages.

In the past six years, the firm has invested over $400 million in Israeli startups, partnering with breakout companies like Descope, Gem Security, Monte Carlo, Orca Security, Torq, Vdoo, and others. These investments build on Notable’s broader global portfolio, which includes category-defining companies such as Anthropic, Airbnb, Drata, HashiCorp, Slack, and Vercel. Since its founding 25 years ago, the fund has made over 200 investments, of which 31 have become public companies.

Notable’s on-the-ground presence is part of a broader effort to support founders where they are. The firm has made regular trips to Israel since 2019, meeting with entrepreneurs, hosting community events, and offering hands-on guidance as they scale globally. With feet in Tel Aviv, Notable is now deepening that work – providing day-to-day, in-market support to help founders accelerate their growth from the earliest stages.

Eliya joins the firm following the acquisition of Notable portfolio company Revrod by Torq. At Revrod, he helped pioneer an Agentic AI and LLM workflow platform as Co-Founder and CEO. His earlier roles include leading global revenue operations at Rapid7 and VP of Business Operations and Analytics at IntSights. At Notable, Eliya will draw on this experience to guide founders through product-market fit and go-to-market execution.

N1 is Notable Capital’s dedicated initiative to help early-stage startups ramp up faster, scale smarter, and expand globally. N1 delivers hands-on, tactical support at the moments that matter most. Through the program, founders gain access to a curated network of global design partners, operating leaders, and go-to-market experts who help with everything from securing early customers and structuring commercial deals, to hiring executive talent and scaling.

For Israeli founders in particular, N1 represents a rare advantage: the ability to stay locally rooted while plugging into the resources, relationships, and operating playbooks of a leading U.S. venture platform. With Eliya Elon now embedded in the ecosystem, Notable is making this support more accessible than ever.

Oren Yunger, Managing Partner at Notable Capital: “We invest in Israel because we believe in the Israeli founder – the relentless builder and paradigm shifter who thrives under pressure, questions assumptions, and pushes boundaries. It’s a mindset rooted in urgency, resilience, and bold execution. Our team comes to Israel at least four times a year to personally meet entrepreneurs and to strengthen the local ecosystem. Now, with Eliya joining, we also have dedicated coverage that will give Israeli entrepreneurs a significant boost. Eliya’s extensive experience in the startup industry and entrepreneurship are a significant asset, both in identifying new investments and in supporting portfolio companies at various stages.”

Notable Capital is named for the founders it invests with, the ideas they pursue, the causes they champion, and the remarkable companies they build. Notable is a U.S.-based venture capital firm focused on early-to-growth stage companies in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech, commerce, and AI across the U.S., Israel, Europe, and select go-global opportunities.

With the Notable Capital Eliya Elon move, the company is putting investing into Israeli innovation and making its founder-first strategy stronger.
