Gigs Appoints Former Adyen Executive Edgar Verschuur to Scale Connectivity Globally

Gigs, the leader in embedded connectivity, today announced the appointment of Edgar Verschuur as Head of Connectivity. Edgar, formerly Adyen’s Global Head of Payments, joins to lead a strategic expansion into local consumer plans, global roaming, and enterprise connectivity. His arrival marks a decisive shift as Gigs scales up its infrastructure globally to meet the needs of the most demanding enterprises.

The appointment comes at a pivotal moment: telecom is at the cusp of a radical distribution shift as enterprises move to own the full customer experience, including connectivity. Gigs is doubling down on its presence in the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom while also touching down in Latin America. Central to this expansion is the deepening of Tier-1 carrier relationships.
