Evolve Bank & Trust Names Arlon Duke, SVP, Chief Technology Officer

Evolve Bank & Trust (“Evolve”) today announced Arlon Duke as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer (“CTO”). Duke began his Evolver career in 2023 as Director of Information Technology.

In his new role, Duke will oversee Evolve’s technology strategy and execution across the company, leading infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and platform engineering functions. His leadership will play a vital role in strengthening Evolve’s banking technology stack to support Banking-as-a-Service (“BaaS”) partnerships and enhancing security and performance across all business lines.

Duke has an extensive career in technology leadership, including serving as Chief Information Officer (“CIO”) at Strategic Online Systems and Vice-President, Information Technology for Guardsmark, LLC, before he joined Evolve.
