A serial entrepreneur and respected industry leader, Chapman most recently served as Board Advisor at OSL Group, the digital asset trading platform he co-founded. He has championed institutional-grade standards for transparency, compliance, and security, laying the groundwork for the digital asset ecosystem’s maturation. Chapman also co-founded ANX International, one of the earliest and largest blockchain solution providers, and Octagon Strategy, Asia’s dominant over-the-counter (OTC) digital asset trading platform at the time of its launch in 2016.

Before moving into blockchain, Chapman held senior roles at global financial institutions including HSBC, Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, ABN AMRO, and Bear Stearns. His expertise in risk analysis, order management systems, and the design of trading platforms has positioned him as a trusted voice at the intersection of traditional finance and digital innovation.
