Aquis Exchange: Noah Liot Promoted to Chief Technology Officer

Since joining in 2023, Noah Liot has been instrumental in delivering Aquis’ most significant technology development projects, achieving exceptional results, as well as establishing robust and resilient technology development processes and workflows.

Prior to joining Aquis as Head of Technology Development, Noah held senior positions at AWS, GLIA Ecosystems and Thomson Reuters Financial & Risk, among other organisations, and was also a quant trader for a number of years.

In his new role, Noah remains part of Aquis’ Executive Team, and will continue to lead the Group’s growing technology division, which provides high quality low latency exchange technology to Aquis’ own platforms as well as to its clients.

Commenting on the promotion, David Stevens, CEO of Aquis said:

“Since joining us in 2023, Noah has done an excellent job leading the development teams, both through his significant contribution to all of our large technology projects, and by putting in place systems and workflows to continuously improve and future-proof our market-leading technology offering.

The elevation of Noah to the CTO role signals a step change for our rapidly growing technology division and I am delighted to be announcing Noah’s promotion today. I have no doubt he will continue to drive the division forward and deliver for Aquis as a whole.”

With the Aquis Noah Liot CTO promotion, the company is poised to continue driving forward its market-leading technology division under proven leadership.
